Default Motherboard suggestion for intel core i5

Hello I saw this motherboard P7P55D-E Asus motherboard but I don't know if its good or not but my brother has P7P55D-E PRO Asus, do you think they just the same but has slightly different features?

please any other recommendations are welcome but please tell me why you suggested that particular Mobo.

Well the -E designation has many different sub models so you will have to be a bit more specific. In all honesty though they are all pretty decent and offer generally the same features for each board.

Some extra information might be a bit handy in trying to help find you a board. Is the i5 a dual or quad? Do you plan to overclock? Are you interested in dual GPUs, SATA3 or USB3 ect ect.

core i5 is a quad core and OCing it have a small chance yet but dual gpu probably.

btw what do you mean if the i5 is a dual or quad? you meant cores?

They make a few different versions of the Core i5. The 600 series are dual core with built in IGP (for use on H55 boards) and the Core i5 750 which is a quad core with no IGP (like what i have).

That board should do you justice since it has a nice mixture of features and price.
