motherboard question

ok im building a pc i have all my specs and i just want to know if all of these parts will fit on this motherboard (will i have enough pci express spots etc) and please if you answer dont give me recommendations of other parts like 'why bother with that motherboard get this one' or ' you know you can get this hard drive for cheaper' etc. Heres my list and the motherboard

AMD X2 4400+ Dual Core
1gb Kingston DDR 400 2-2-2-5
256mb gigabyte 6800gs
Western Digital 300gb 7200rpm
Pioneer 111d dual layer dvd drive
Antec Truepower 550 watt power supply
Creative Audigy 2 ZS sound card
FusionHDTV DVB-t tv tuner card

and the motherboard for it all

Gigabyte K8n pro sli

That would be a nice combination. I think there would be no problem fitting it all on the mobo.
