Would that guy work with a AMD Athlon dual core processor?

ok that that link dont work and even when i copy the url and paste in address bar it still dont work!!!!! Oh BTW what slot is on the mobo eg.am2,socket 939, match this up with the one listed by the proccesser you want. and it will work together.

Any new model socket 939 will run a dual core Athlon. A few older new models will need a BIOS update to do so.
