So im building a new computer and want to know if these 2 hard drives can be used at the same time with my selected motherboard...

hard drives...
Newegg.com - Corsair Extreme Series CMFSSD-64D1 2.5" 64GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid state disk (SSD) - Solid State Disks ///
Newegg.com - SAMSUNG SpinPoint P Series SP1614C 160GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 1.5Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives (this one is from my old computer)

motherboard....
Newegg.com - ASUS M4A77TD Pro AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards

also...i might eventually want to add a 3rd hard drive in the future...
Newegg.com - Corsair Extreme Series CMFSSD-32D1 2.5" 32GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid state disk (SSD) - Solid State Disks

could all three hard drives be installed at the same time using that motherboard?

Yes. SATA 3 will work in 1, 2, or 3, SATA 2 will work in 1, 2, or 3, and SATA 1 will work in all. Of course, the slower of the two joined will decide the maximum throughput. ;)
