which motherboard do i get?

so, here is the final setup i think i will go with. I think ill just get the q6600 now. is the 45nm that big of a dirfference? it will probably be like 400$ too and i dont have that kind of money. the q6600 will let me game at max for another year or 2.... right? here is the final setup (gotta find everything again, in graphic arts class at school, im done with my project so im bored as ****, yay tech forums!) FINAL SETUP: (all comments and sudgestions welcome)

will i be able to get the q6600 to alteast 3ghz with this setup? will i be able to run games on max for a while? (i think ill buy another 8800gtSC later)
