Of course, Q6600 can handle COD4 with no problem

Even E2180 can handle it with no problems

And a video card such as 9600GT or 8800GT should max the game at 1680x1050

i highly suggest whatever you get though overclock it...

How about get the cheapest 9600gt you can find yourself, and manually overclock it, because the superclocked and XXX edition cards are just to fool noobs who have never heard of ATiTool

^Yep, just get a 9600gt thats like 130 and oc it. The ones that are factory oced arn't done in a way that it could not be reached other wise it's just for they can bump up the price, and still be giving you the exact same card.
