Arrow Which motherboard for Core 2 Duo?

I need a motherboard that needs to be pretty cheap but still pretty good. I will be using it with a nvidia 7900gs. Are these ok?

How do I know which ones are better?
What's specific things that are better on each MoBo?

That won't work either. It needs to be 965 or higher.
