Default Motherboard

I plan on buying an intel setup with a q6600 in it, but I do not know which motherboard to buy, I want a SLI motherboard just to have the option incase I want to go SLI down the road. Any opinions on what board to get?

Well the 650i chipset would be the way to go, if you want the SLI option. Specifically the MSI P6N Platinum.

I second their opinions. I've always opposed SLI. I was just answering your question. Theres no point in SLI, unless you are playing on a resolution like 2560 x 1600.
