What about a board like this? Has anyone heard if it is a good overclocker or not?

Looks to me like you were expecting cheap recommendations. Neither of those are known to any degree for their overclocking. Check out the MSI K8N Neo4 (-F and Platinum) for some cheaper excellent overclocking motherboards, even the DFI Lanparty nF4 Ultra-D will out-do most of the more expensive motherboards.

But as a general rule, the best overclocking motherboards are around ~$200 (excluding the Abit Fatal1ty).
