Default More Ram/Low Speed OR Less Ram/High Speed

I am building a gaming pc.
What do you recommend.

basically its between 2gb and 4gb...

Right now i would say 2gb is fine, unless you gonna be doing photo shop, video editing ect.

I would go for crucial tracers, or ocz reapers. That's my preferences, but g.skill is good as well.
