Default Monitors / HDTVs

ok i'm in search of a nice monitor or hdtv for my pc and ps3 to go into

now the thing is i havent a clue where to start all i know is i want it to be either 26" or 28", everything else like contrast ration and all the other tech terms for it i havent a clue what there on about

the only thing i need is either 2 hdmi or 1 hdmi and 1 dvi, everything else i can live with or without

can't beat that price

theres a costco down the road from me but i'm in the uk and they dont do that monitor there
