Default Monitors

I am looking for a decent monitor (around 19 or 20'') for less than $250, maybe 300 if its really good. I was wondering what i should be looking for specifically.

Links if please.

Like is this a good monitor??

Nice monitor, don't worry about the specs tho.. except size

but looks good, and Chimei does make great monitors
