Default monitor help

I am looking to buy an lcd monitor that is 19 inchs. I am looking for something that is good for 1280 resolution with low ms. Well really what I am looking for is a good gaming monitor.
I would really like to get it off www.tigerdirect.ca

This one looks pretty good. http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicatio...535727&CatId=0 Viewsonic makes some really good LCDs, i dont know about this one personaly but the specs look really good.

I don't understand the high demand for 19" monitors, they use the same resolution as 17" so they end up looking blurred and cheap IMO.
