Not sure if this is the right forum for this, but this would only be on a high end system. If I was going to drop a lot of money on an LCD TV and use it as a computer monitor as well, which one is the best?? I have a custom built system as follows if it matters:
Asus A8N-SLI deluxe
2 6800 GT's in SLI
Corsair XMS low latency 1GB total
western digital raptor
550 watt Antec power supply
I mainly want it for Gaming but it would double as a TV as well. Is LCD better than Plasma? While i'm at it, would it make a huge difference if I bought 2 more Corsair chips to have a total of 2 GB for gaming? And I might as well ask about cooling, when do you need to go with a water cooling system? Will it improve performance or just the life of the system? I just have regular fans as of now and cpu stays around 40 *C. Okay, and would it be worth upgrading to 2 7800 GTX Extreme 512's? The reviews look sick but I'm thinking I am going to wait for the new Quad SLI board and equip that. Anything you guys can answer would be great...
