Don't know about the price and/or shipping to Canada. Here is what I use.

Acer Monitor

Works great with DVD's and games.

im not too famillaer with monitors, but i got a dell monitor...bog standrd one, prbly worth about a tenner, how much of an effect does all the monitor biz have when playing games, i mean less than 8 ms, do you notice it?, and what effect does upping the hz in the dispaly options?

that acer monitor looks good. just because it comes iwth built in speakers doesnt mean you have to use them.

True-I never use built in monitor speakers-even at the office I have a cheap pair of 2.0 speakers.

K, go here it's a store in Mississauga, great prices, they'll give u great deals and always ask for a lesser price or no tax, I always buy from there.
