The difference is very minimal. From the Sceptre site, the only difference I see, is that the naga consumes less power, and has the "Ergotron Arm Compatible (VESA 100mm)", which I'm not quite sure what that is. Unless the newegg specs are right, that they both consume 80W max, and both have that VESA 100mm feature.

VESA is just a form of mounting ure monitor, the only one ive heard of is VESA. If you ever want to wall mount or desk mount ure monitor, look into that.
