^ yea, that is a good deal! It's low on the power usage too. I'm still not decided on which res I wanna get.

Look at this badboy. Don't know if I'd buy it, but 28" is tempting!

If you are getting a 1920x1080, take a close look at this one : Samsung - 23" Flat-Panel LED Monitor - Charcoal Gray - XL2370

It's got LED backlighting. I saw it in person at Best Buy and was very impressed. The picture was far superior to similar ccfl backlit units made by Samsung and some other manufacturers. I decided that I am going to buy it as soon as they're back in stock (apparently they are very popular).

I'd recommend the 2434 samsung as well, amazing monitor. I picked on up on sale from NCIX for $189 CAD + free shipping. Couldn't be happier with it, extra pixels is always good.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. Surprisingly, this was a hard purchase, as there are so many different choices.

I ended up getting this monitor. It has the resolution I wanted and also had free shipping. The reviews were also really good, so...

Great choice...it is getting hard to find 1920x1200 monitore....most are going 1920x1080.

Samsung monitors are very nice indeed.....enjoy your new investment.
