This monitor any good?

I'm looking for something of that size that isn't too expensive for my cousin because he can't be dropping all kinds of extra cash on stuff like this for his rig.

I went with the Acer 22" and it seems to be a cheap buy at $150 with promo code and free shipping. There are 1,715 reviews mostly at 5 stars so that many people can't be wrong. Plus at 150 there is not much to lose IMO. Offer ends tomorrow, though.

If you buy the Acer today, and use the promo code it comes out to $150. If you don't buy today, the Hanns-G should be a solid choice, my brother has a 19" widescreen from Hanns-G and it's great.

Yeah, sorry. If you posted a bit before hand I would have brought you the good news. Though I hear alot of good things from Hannis-G customers so hey go with it.

I don't think Hanns-G has a very good return policy as far as dead/stuck pixels go. It has to be atleast 5 I believe

I sell tv's, and pixel damage and burn in usually isn't covered at all with a manufacturer's warranty.

That maybe the case for TV's but from my understanding, good manufacturers carry a zero tolerance policy. Of course this changes from different companies so buying from someone who isn't the same level as Samsung,LG,Dell etc. can result in a major P.I.T.A when it's time to return your monitor that has a few dead pixels.
