I have a ViewSonic 22" works great, but I'm sure that Acer is fine for the money.

Ugh definitely do not go with Acer. Every monitor I have ever gotten from them has started flickering within a few moments. Viewsonic is what my fiance has and it is nice...but I prefer Samsung. I absolutely LOVE the Samsung! You will never go wrong with a Samsung. =)

I couldn't be happier with my Samsung monitor. When I bought it I also looker at a larger Acer that was close to the same price but the Samsung had a noticeably better picture that more than made up for its smaller size.

Dang, I was hoping for more support for the Acer, but this only confirms more so that samsung is a beast. I'll be getting that.

The acer is a good monitor, but the one thirdshift suggested is a beast. i have the 22" model of it and the colors are great. i had to switch to my brothers LG for a couple of weeks and the difference was like night and day...
