mobo instalation problems

ok, so i got my missing spacers and i just went to work. i went to install the mobo after i put the spacers in the raised holesin the case.(this is correct, correct?) the problem is that the physical ports on the mobo are higher than the matching holes on the i/o plate. alos, the video card seems to be in the right spot. help me please! i just want to finish this then get to se it lol

where do you want me to take it from? i can take w/e u want, i just need to know where. im having a good time displaying my powerbook on my new monitor, it loos huge compared tot he 12 inmch screen ive been using.
