Smile Which MoBo Is Efficient?

Long story short.... I F'd up my last mobo with cpu thermal grease.

Now i need a new motherboard.
I provided a link at newegg below.
Newegg Link

It needs to be Pentium 4 Prescott (which almost all mobo support)
Socket 775
DDR 400
I would like to have two IDE connectors
And i would like to have more than two ram slots. If neccessary

I really just want your opinion, and if u have any other good mobo's

Thanks, its really appreciated.

EDIT: i would like your opinion on these mainly....

O and please dont suggest ECS... i really dont like em.
