Exclamation MoBo decision

I'm torn between these two motherboards for my new rig, and I was wondering if anyone has any personal experience or knowlege whatsoever with these two boards. If not I'll just go with the cheaper on, but if anyone has something to say, I'll gladly put in a few extra bucks for quality.

Then I guess I'll go with the Gigabyte. Thanks.
