Default Which mobo?

I'm trying to decide which motherboard to get with my upcoming build. I'm getting an e6600, or possibly a q6600 depending on how long I wait. I've had luck with Intel chipsets, and I don't plan to run SLI so, unless there's a good reason to get nVidia chipset, I will stick with Intel for now.

A little bit ago, I was recommended an ASUS P5W DH DELUXE with the 975X chipset. How good are the 975X chipsets compared to the new P35?

If you're not planning on SLI, the Gigabyte P35-DS3R, is the perfect choice. With a high overclocking potential.
