I would probably go for the EVGA, because it's cheaper after rebate.

what cpu? If its anything slower than a e6600 then definately go for the asus board, its chipset will allow for vastly higher fsb speeds allowing for higher overclocks on that board.

I agree about anything below an E6600 go with the P5B. Even if you have an E6600 or above the P5B Deluxe is an excellent overclocker while the 680i does not like High FSB as much as the 965 chipset does. It's not that the 680i are that bad it's just that the P5B Deluxe is a much more trusted board known for not having fsb walls and bugs.

It's a toss up though as well since one is Crossfire and the other is SLI.

i'd go with the asus no matter what cpu your using. unless your plan on sli'n that is..
