thankyou trotter. So I found my old dual core rig at my parents house so now I dont have to buy a case or cd drive. Today im going to fry's and buying my cpu, next week ill get a mobo.

and then after that its just a new hd, gpu, and ram

UPDATE
I was able to make a Win 7 Professional x64 usb bootdrive, so theres $300 less I need to spend "Yay!!!"

With the money im saving on my OS I think im gonna get this sick case.

will this ram work with this mobo? it says it supports DDR3 1866(OC)/1333/1066
