micro atx differnt sizes?

i am trying to replace my mother board my current one is a mirco at 9.6 X 9.6 when i am looking around i see mirco atx but the are differnt dimension like Micro ATX Form Factor, 24.4cm x 19.4cm (W x L).

will the differnt shape ones still work i have an hp box

as long as the I/O panel is in the same place any Micro mobo should fit.
