Default Micro ATX Core 2 Quad mobo

okay.. i'm looking for a nice micro atx intel core 2 quad mobo.. something within 50-60 dollars so i can build me an htpc while i sell off my 680i to get me a better mobo..

suggestions anyone.. cheaper the better.. i intend to do 0 amounts of overclocking.. and this will only be used to download, and hold alot of dvd's so i can view without switching dvd's and what not

EDIT: do you need integrated graphics?

You could get a good 965P chipset for around $50 (open box)

Unfortunately I'm just as good at Low-End builds as I am with High-end ones haha
