Default Memory timing question

I'm using Corsair XMS2 (CM2X 1024-6400PRO) and it's advertised at 5-5-5-12 but according to cpu-z, it's running at 5-5-5-18 for me. I'd like to set the timings but um.. there is no such option in my bios (mobo: Gigabyte GA-M55SLI-S4). All I have under DRAM is Mem Clock, which is at 800 of course, and Cas# latency, which is at 5. No other timing option.. not sure how I can set 'em. Sigh. Anyone know?
