Memory Question

I am building a new comp (budget between) $1500 and $2000. I pretty much know what i want for hardware in most categories (will submit later for approval) except for ram. I want 2gigs of ram. I will not be over clocking and know nothing about ram. I do not understand timings, latency, etc. if someone could explain this to me it would be great.

I am however, in my limited knowledge, considering these 4 models
