Default Memory Question

I am building a new comp (budget between) $1500 and $2000. I pretty much know what i want for hardware in most categories (will submit later for approval) except for ram. I want 2gigs of ram. I will not be over clocking and know nothing about ram. I do not understand timings, latency, etc. if someone could explain this to me it would be great.

I am however, in my limited knowledge, considering these 4 models

I have a similar problem about which RAM to get also. Is the OCZ you recommend the best for that price? I have some links to some RAM on my post, if you could take a look and help me out. Here is a link. http://www.techist.com/showthread.ph...5&pagenumber=2
