Memory Ideas

I'm looking for some opinions on what kind of memory I should get.

I need PC 3200, 2x 1GB sticks. Minor overclocking will be done, and something under $150 would be idea. I'm thinking of this.

Funny you should say say that, i just ordered some of that ram, poisonporkchop told me it was worth the buck.
For 150$+10 for heatsinks it's a great deal.

Do I need to buy heatsinks? I've never put a heatsink on any of my computers' ram.

You dont really need the heatsinks.
