Well 4GB (800Mhz) of the Vipers at 4-4-4-12 are $90.
And 4GB (800Mhz) of the Reapers at 4-4-4-15 with a Heatsink is $100.

So which is better?

and $10 doesnt make a difference to me.

well the vipers probably will run a bit hotter (which won't make much of a difference) and wont oc as well but your not going to oc, or not much so the vipers would be better for your situation especially since there cheaper.
