I have 350$ to spend on a motherboard, GPU, and CPU, and heatsink.
I already have the case, and some G.Skill PI Blacks.
I already have a 550W Corsair550VX.

All I need is as listed.
Any help is appreciated greatly.
Has to stay below 350$, no higher.
