Looks perfect. I would switch the case though , TT are just a brand name with high prices that don't justify the temps.

Also you might look into getting the 64 bit version of vista if you plan on ever adding more memory.

Vista is the only thing I dont feel strongly with. I installed XP 64 and its been running really nice. I prefer the snappier feel of XP, vista moves too slow for me.

zip zoom fly has the ABIT mobo a little bit cheaper (mainly because of the free shipping)
ABIT P35 Intel Chipset IP35 Pro Motherboard Retail at ZipZoomfly
Power supply is 20 bucks cheaper at ZZF (and comes with a $20 MIR)
Corsair HX Series CMPSU-620HX 620W Power Supply at ZipZoomfly
ClubIT has the Thermaltake case cheaper (plus they ship fedex...fedex>>UPS):
ClubIT Product - Thermaltake Armor VA8000BWS Black Full Tower Case

but all those thigns are just a little bit cheaper than newegg - you'll be saving a couple bucks.

How about a heatsink?
