Default march amdness changed mind, what do you think - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!

Was looking before to go with an e7400 and an intel biostar t-force board. was going to be about the same price. what's the better buy?

The X3 720 would be the better buy. They overclock pretty nice and do well in gaming. With an extra core you'll gain performance in certain applications too.
