Default Low PSU fan speed

I finished my new rig last night and this morning ASUS Probe is reporting my PSU fan at 950 or lower RPM. It was fine last night and some times today it will show 1200 or so. Does Enermax have a built in Smart fan controller in the Liberty series of PSU's.

Do you have your PSU fan controll pluged into your motherboard. That might be causing the change in speeds.

Yes I do. I also forgot to mention tat I have disabled all of ASUS's fan controlling stuff in the BIOS i.e. Cool-n-Quiet and Q Fan.

Just as a side note I have noticed that all of my fans are running lower than the previous system, specifically the CPU fan.

It was running at 4800+ RPM's in the old one and averages about 2800 in this one.

I dont know much about that, but it seems that your powersupply cant handle your new rig. OR you need to re-enable those features on your motherboard
It could b many things, but i think those might b it
