Default Which Low Profile Graphics Card?

Hello, i have a SFF PC.. and was wondering if the 9400GT would be worth the upgrade? i bought the 8400GS on ebay for 30 and Ebuyer are selling the 9400GT for 30 inc vat. Worth the upgrade or not?

or is there any better Low profile video cards ?

The HD4550 is a bit better than the 9400GT for around 6 pounds more.
