Low end budget help

k... since everyone said i should start over on picking out parts for my friends build...


can someone pick out a decent build that can be upgraded eventually as he gets money for about $400? He doesnt need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and hes going to use his old sata HD...

basically low end budget...

wow, that is a very low end budget, i can't even recomend anything for that budget. your going to have to get all crapy components.

i picked one out for $375 and the only error on my part is that i forgot that socket 939 doesnt support ddr2 ram....

the plan was he could step up his evga card when he got the money.....and now i know the mobo cant support ddr2, which i should of known since i have socket 939
