Default Loud headset

Whats a good, very very very loud and good sound quality headset(With Mic) and durable, but staying on a budget?

Thanks guys.

The past two I've ordered just break...and I'm not even rough with them.

The sound quality wasen't very good either.

What suggestions you guys got?

By budget I mean 30-60$...

But preferably lower priced.

Are those 39$ ones loud and durable? And good sound quality?
