looking for a quality graphics card.. what model

as the title says im looking for a quality graphics card... i want a 128mb agp card that compatible with my system.... can u guys suggest some models or great brands... oh and i also has to have a vga output and a s-video out to t.v.....

heres one i found: is it any good?

quality =/= 128mb agp

to me quality = 256mb agp/pci-e

but if your looking for a good agp, personally i would say an nvidia 6800gt is good, but if you have the money go for a 7600xx (where x is gt, gtx, etc)

... of corse if you mean quality being good price:performance ratio.............. a little more spec would be good (ie budget)

o and btw that card isn't something you want..... but i just looked very quickly

what are u gonna use the card for?? are you gonna use it for heavy gaming? you might wanna get a card from newegg. because the mx4000 is pretty old. get a geforce FX5200, FX5700, 6200 or 6600.

and your title doesent say quality, it says "wuality" u mite wanna change that.

just regular things and too play games once in a while like counterstrike and to do photoshop etc

Get like a x1600/x800 or above from ati side or a 6800/7600 minimum from nvidia side. Those cards range from $100 to $160.

EDIT- Just noticed you have agp. I recommend this card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102042). It is fast and will get the jobs you want done. If you ever get into it, you could unlock the pipelines and overclock it to higher speeds with a aftermarket cooler.
