Default Looking for VGA Cooler

My Chaintech 6600 GT is a great card, easily handling just about everything I can throw at it. However, its heatsink rattles like crazy, and its included fan is outright noisy, so I'm going to replace them. I'm currently considering the ICEBERQ 5 from Vantec, but I want some more ideas before I commit to anything. (I know Newegg doesn't carry the ICEBERQ 5, so I'll probably get it from Tiger Direct.) Also, should I buy some Arctic Silver 5 to to use instead of whatever thermal gel my kit includes?
