Looking to upgrade my mobo and processor

Hi, I was wondering if the people on this forum can help me find a good mobo and processor combination to put into my computer. I'm looking to get a Core 2 Duo, possibly a quad core processor and a motherboard with SLI capabilities. I'm working with a budget of about 800 dollars. Any ideas?

Also I should add I have Corsair DDR2 Memory, so the motherboard can't conflict with it.
