Default Looking for a PSU

Hi

Im looking at PSU's to buy below the 100 mark. My old one went POP and under its warranty im getting a replacement but they have none in stock so I get to choose.

Im running Dual GTX 275's One OC'd @ something l0ike 703//25xx/15xx i think
and the other around 640/15xx/12xx i think

I was using a 950 Watt PSU ive seen a Corsair 850 Watt and was wondering if it would run my specs.

My Full Specs are:

AMD Phenom II X4 955BE ( I Think )
Asus 3 Way Sli Mobo Socket AMD2+ ( Forgot the Model, Its the Mempipe edition )
As Above x2 GTX275's SLI
4GB 1066 Team Ram DDR2
Sata Samsung F3 1TB HDD
Sata WD 160GB HDD
Antec 900 Case with 5 Fans Set to Med-Hi
Arctic Pro Cooler Rev 7
Sata Sony Optiarc DVD RW

These are the only thing I can think of that Drain the most power and im looking at this PSU

Corsair 850W TX Series PSU - 140mm Fan

The Corsair 850 should power it just fine.
