Default Looking for a new motherboard

I am looking for a new motherboard for my AMD Phenom II x3 currently I have an ECS GF8200A and it is kind of old tech. I want something that will use the DDR2 RAM that I already have? I am open on price because I want a good board. SLI is not a big thing for me though since I am just running a single GTX260 Thanks for any options.

maybe this (and i know you mentioned that you're not big on sli, but it has the option for it and it fits nicely in your budget; just a suggestion)

I was actually looking at this same board this morning before you posted the link. I think this will probably be the route that I go now. If I would decide to go pick up another gtx 260 to go sli with would it need to be the same brand and model or would any gtx 260 work in sli?

Also what does anyone think about this board?
