I saw the specs on this and said. *double take* What?
CompUSA.com: LG Electronics FLATRON L226WTQ-BF 22-inch LCD Monitor - Monitors Flat Panel (LCD)

2ms response time with a 3000x1 image ratio!!!

Please tell me this is a typo.

The price is what really drew my attention. I think I will stay away from it just for fear of the old addage you get what you pay for.

Newegg.com - SAMSUNG 226BW Black 22" 2 ms (GTG) DVI Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 1000:1(DC 3000:1) - Retail

The price seems about right for those specs.

oh so it is... i thought since hanns-g's models are just 170$ that 3 more inches would be in the mid-range $200 bucks... my bad...

It's not just about the size, but the specs. Those Hanns-Gs are at 5ms, 700:1 contrast, 1440 x 900 res., while the samsung and LG are 2ms, 1000:1/3000:1 contrast, and 1680 x 1050 res.

I'd recommend it, if you have the money and looking for one. It's one of the best 22" LCDs, and Samsung is a top brand.
