Default Looking to improve my PC in some way

Hey, so here is my PC spec (vaguely)

Core2 Duo @ 3.00GHz
4GB RAM
8800 GT
500W power supply
Not sure about motherboard (any easy way to check?)

I was planning on spending around £100, give or a take few £, on a new graphics card and was wondering if somebody could maybe recommend me one? I use my PC for mostly just playing games, had this PC for around 3-4 years now and just want to make it a bit better with the little money I have.

thoughts?

These are the best cards for the budget; you might be better saving up for a little while longer and getting something better then.
Best Nvidia option (£103)
Asus GTS250 1GB GDDR3 DVI VGA HDMI Out PCI-E Graphics.. | Ebuyer.com

Best ATI option, which is a tenner cheaper and slightly faster (£90)
XFX HD 5750 XXX 512MB DDR5 DUAL DVI DISPLAYPORT HDMI.. | Ebuyer.com

If you don't mind saving a bit (this one is £130)

For reference, here is our graphics card performance list:

Hope that all helps
