Default Looking for a good AM2 board...

I'm planning on a new build soon, how's this board?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813136021

I'm not sure though because it's RAM standard is DDR2 533, and the RAM I want is DDR2 800...does that mean it will run at DDR2 533 speeds?

I need a good board with nVidia chipset for around 100$, nothing over 120$.

Thanks in advance.

Ok, looks good...thanks.

Does anyone have experience with that board? Good for over clocking?

Thanks.
