I agree with the G5.

For a mouse pad, look into a Func as they are pretty good.

Best mouse on market is RAZER CH because of its 1ms response G5 is a crappy 2ms. lol

I hope that was sarcasm.

Keep in mind, guys, that the lag you see on-screen isn't only from the mouse. Some monitors will also have a noticeable lag from you moving the mouse, and them displaying the picture. Its not likely to be any more than the mouse's response time, but just something to keep in mind for people who think they're noticing lag that isn't there.

i like the mx518 alot better then the g5

i hate the way the g5 feels in myhands but thats just my opinion

See that is what annoy's me I dont know how the g5 feels, and I dont know of where to try one out near me.

I have it on my christmas list, but now I am having second thoughts.

Yeah go to a circuit sity or a best buy. Although my circuit city doesn't have a G5 to feel, they just have them in box.
Ok ive narowed it down to the logitech g5, the razer diamond back, and the cyber snipa intelliscope. Also i may look into a copperhead, if they're worth the extra price compared to the diamond back. Im in no rush to buy, but im hoping to make a decision by this weekend.
