Since they're all very similar in price, i'd take the XMS. I like the quality that accompanies that ram.

For quality - XMS.

For overclocking (and quality) - OCZ Gold Series 2 x 1GB.

Lets spend 300 dollars on ram, yeah a little out of my price range.

So between those i should go for OCZ? cause i want to OC as you can see

For OC you want OCZ and G.Skill ram. Corsair XMS ram is very overpriced and dont OC as well. If you are going to put extreme voltage into your ram i suggest getting some BH-5 chips or for standard OCing get some ram w/ Samsung TCCDs. Patriots are really nice too, i think Nubius has some Patriots. Or was it PQI, cant recall ATM.
