thw antec three hundred is a good mid tower case. i have it and it has a good amount of room. good build quality compared to my old apevia mid tower. and hp makes some good dvd drives

Ok thanks!

I'll probably buy the case locally after I get the parts.

so far:

Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo E7300
Motherboard - Gigabyte EP45
Power Supply - Corsair 650TX
Hard Drive - WD 640GB HDD
Case - Antec Three Hundred
Cooler - Sunbeam
DVD-ROM - Samsung
Graphics Card - Geforce 8800 GTS 640MB (already have)
Ram - Buffalo PC2-6400 DDR2 SDRAM (already have)

Total so far: $509.90 on newegg.

Just need:

the e7200 has a bigger cache, higher fsb and will overclock much better. you can hit 4ghz+ on those where as the e5200 stops at about 3.5ghz.

the OCZ is a little better deal, if your trying to save money.

I would say the corsair is the better psu but the ocz is good to and is far cheaper.
Clock for clock in games the e5200 is about 3% slower and from what I've seen on average will do about 0.3 - 0.4 ghz less than a e7300. But 3.5ghz should be enough for most games and if you did sale the 8800gts and bought a 4850 or 9800gtx you would be able to play games on a lot higher settings. I would do that but if you plan to keep the 8800gts then get the e7300.

Also not sure what total shipping will come to but on Newegg for just the antec 300 the shipping is $15 so $75 total. Buy.com has it for $60 shipped Antec Three Hundred ATX Computer Case - THREE HUNDRED - Buy.com
