Default looking for a 19-24" lcd

Any recomendations? From what i have heard widescreen seems to be the new 'thing' these days, so i would prefer ws.
i spend my time:
45% gaming
20% movies/multimedia
15% web browsing
20% design work/research/school etc

Please recomend a lcd to me.
